Our bus to take us to Dublin airport was due to leave at 06:30, so we set our mobile phone alarms for 05:30.

We awoke to see another group of "boaters" leaving to catch their bus at 06:15.

Surprisingly, we were the only ones on the coach for the trip to Dublin airport.

After an hour's delay at Dublin airport, we took off for Exeter.

We really did have a great week. As I said earlier, we were extremely lucky with the weather. This is a thoroughly recommended trip, but the help of previous boating experience with regard mooring and slow navigation was very useful. The flow and current can surprise the "skipper" at times as we had witnessed :o)
